Handheld free weights used individually or in pairs — the most versatile piece of equipment for isolation and compound lifts alike.

Kettlebell

Free Weights

A cannonball-shaped weight with a handle, suited to swinging and ballistic movements like swings and cleans.

Resistance Band

Bodyweight/Accessories

An elastic band providing variable resistance — light, portable, and great for activation work and at-home training.

Pull-up Bar

Bodyweight/Accessories

A fixed or doorway-mounted bar for pull-ups, chin-ups, and hanging core work.

Cable Machine

A machine with adjustable pulleys and a weight stack, used for rows, pushdowns, face pulls, and cable flyes with constant tension through the range of motion.

Lat Pulldown Machine

Machines

A seated machine with an overhead bar attachment that mimics a pull-up, targeting the lats and upper back.

Leg Press Machine

Machines

A seated or reclined machine where you press a weighted platform away with your legs — a lower-risk alternative to squats for building leg strength.

Leg Extension Machine

Machines

A seated machine that isolates the quadriceps by extending the knees against resistance.

Leg Curl Machine

Machines

A machine that isolates the hamstrings by curling the lower leg against resistance, either seated or lying face-down.

Chest Press Machine

Machines

A seated pressing machine that guides the movement path, targeting the chest, shoulders, and triceps with less stabilization demand than free weights.

Smith Machine

Machines

A barbell fixed within vertical rails, allowing squats, presses, and lunges with a guided, stabilized bar path.

Rowing Machine

Cardio

A cardio machine simulating the rowing stroke — full-body conditioning that's easy on the joints.

Treadmill

Cardio

A motorized moving belt for walking or running indoors, with adjustable speed and incline.

Stationary Bike

Cardio

A seated or upright cycling machine for low-impact cardio and leg conditioning.
